PASRO Conference Cancellation Policy
PASRO understands that unforeseen circumstances may require an attendee to cancel their conference registration. However, because PASRO must provide guaranteed attendance counts for hotel accommodations, meals, and other conference expenses at least 30 days prior to the conference, late cancellations result in financial obligations that cannot be recovered.
Cancellation Requests
- All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@pasro.org.
- The subject line of the email must read: CANCEL CONFERENCE.
Refund Policy - Cancellation requests received 31 or more calendar days before the first day of the conference will be accepted. If registration fees have been paid, a full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation requests received 30 calendar days or less before the first day of the conference, as well as conference no-shows, are not eligible for a refund and will forfeit all registration fees.
Conference Cancellation or Rescheduling by PASRO
PASRO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference due to weather, insufficient enrollment, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond PASRO's control.
If PASRO cancels or reschedules a conference, registered attendees will be entitled to a full refund of registration fees. PASRO is not responsible for airfare, lodging, travel expenses, lost wages, or any other costs incurred as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling.
If PASRO cancels or reschedules a conference for which you are registered, notification will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Please ensure your registration includes a current and valid email address.
Late Registration Fees will remain the same:
All registrations made within 10 business days of the course start date will incur a $25.00 late-registration fee.
